direction du d\u00e9veloppement et de la prospective du minist\u00e8re portant sur l\u2019aide des enseignants universitaires pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des diff\u00e9rentes formules de logement\u00a0 qu\u2019offre l\u2019Etat, notamment la location\u2011vente (AADL ) et le logement promotionnel public (LPP), l\u2019universit\u00e9 informe\u00a0tous les enseignants d\u00e9sirant b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de ces formules\u00a0 de se rapprocher du bureau\u00a0du\u00a0contentieux\u00a0 au niveau de l\u2019administration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais en fournissant\u00a0les documents suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Premi\u00e8rement\u00a0: pour la formule location-vente (AADL) <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/doc\/formulaire-declaration-sur-lhonneur-aadl2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9claration sur l\u2019honneur<\/a>\u00a0sign\u00e9e et l\u00e9galis\u00e9e t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du site web de l\u2019agence AADL<\/li>\n<li>Copie de la carte nationale d&#8217;identit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Acte de naissance n\u00b012 du souscripteur<\/li>\n<li>Relev\u00e9 des \u00e9moluments<\/li>\n<li>Certificat de r\u00e9sidence (moins de 03 mois)<\/li>\n<li>Copie de la carte CHIFFA (CNAS ou CASNOS)<\/li>\n<li>Pour les mari\u00e9sune fiche familiale r\u00e9cente, ou une fiche individuelle d\u2019\u00e9tat civil pour les c\u00e9libataires<\/li>\n<li>Attestation de non affiliation CNAS + CASNOSsi le conjoint est non salari\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Deuxi\u00e8mement\u00a0: pour la formule logement promotionnel public (LPP)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9claration sur l\u2019honneur sur l\u2019honneur l\u00e9galis\u00e9e attestant que le souscripteur n\u2018a pas b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 ni lui ni son conjoint, d\u2019une aide financi\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9tat selon le mod\u00e8le \u00e9tabli par l\u2019ENPI.<\/li>\n<li>Demande d\u2019achat (acquisition) d\u2019un\u00a0logement LPP\u00a0l\u00e9galis\u00e9e (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lkeria.com\/doc\/formulaire-demande-acquisition-lpp-et-declaration.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l\u2019ENPI<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Copie de la carte nationale d&#8217;identit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Acte de naissance n\u00b012 du souscripteur<\/li>\n<li>Relev\u00e9 des \u00e9moluments<\/li>\n<li>Certificat de revenu pour le souscripteur et son
