Abstract

This paper deals with the study of the rheological properties of Algerian crude oils and emulsions at different temperatures. Therefore, it is mandatory to get rheological properties to propose adapted solutions. The experimental results obtained with a rheometer can be used to predict the crude oil transport characteristics. The emulsions rheograms shows a non-Newtonian behaviour which can be described by the Hershel-Bulkley and the Bingham models. The obtained results are presented and discussed
