The aim of this study is to highlight the relation between principles and mechanisms of governance in the insurance companies, and decisions contained in the Solvency 2 pillars. Where we searched in the first part presenting the most important concepts relating to corporate gouvernance in insurance companies, while we were devoted the second part of this research to review Decisions, pillars , objectives & the risks covered by solvency II, filaly we have highlighted the most important decisions contained in the Convention on Solvency 2, which correspond with the principles of corporate governance in insurance companies.
