Mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This training mobility aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enhance staff\u2019s&nbsp;<strong>professional and intercultural competences<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the&nbsp;<strong>exchange of good practices<\/strong>&nbsp;in university management and internationalization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen&nbsp;<strong>institutional cooperation<\/strong>&nbsp;between UHBC and UGR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Activities may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Participation in training events abroad<\/strong>&nbsp;(excluding conferences);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Job shadowing, observation<\/strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>hands-on training<\/strong>&nbsp;in administrative units or departments of UGR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;Required
