{"id":4421,"date":"2025-12-07T08:42:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-07T08:42:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.univ-chlef.dz\/en\/?p=4421"},"modified":"2026-01-25T12:47:25","modified_gmt":"2026-01-25T12:47:25","slug":"call-for-applications-student-mobility","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.univ-chlef.dz\/en\/?p=4421","title":{"rendered":"Call for Applications \u2013 Student Mobility"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Call for Applications \u2013 Student Mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility to International Business School (IBS) \u2013 Sofia, Bulgaria<\/strong><br><strong>Second Semester 2025\u20132026<\/strong><br><strong>For the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework of the <strong>Erasmus+ KA171 Programme<\/strong> and based on the official invitation from our European partner <strong>International Business School (IBS) \u2013 Sofia (Bulgaria)<\/strong>, Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef (UHBC) is pleased to announce a call for applications for students wishing to benefit from a <strong>Student Mobility for Studies (SMS)<\/strong> during the <strong>second semester of the academic year 2025\u20132026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Objectives of the Mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This mobility aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen international academic exchange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable students to complete part of their studies at a European university.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance students\u2019 scientific, linguistic, and cultural competences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage exposure to diverse international learning environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Eligible Faculties and Fields of Study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The call is <strong>exclusively open<\/strong> to students from the <strong>Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences<\/strong>, enrolled in one of the study fields recognized by IBS \u2013 Sofia according to the <strong>ISCED 2013<\/strong> classification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>041 \u2013 Business, Administration and Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>0311<\/strong> Economics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>041<\/strong> Business and Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0411<\/strong> Accounting and Taxation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0412<\/strong> Finance, Banking and Insurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0413<\/strong> Management and Administration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>0414<\/strong> Marketing and Advertising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be officially enrolled in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>3rd year Bachelor\u2019s (L3)<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1st year Master\u2019s (M1)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be studying in one of the eligible ISCED fields listed above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate strong academic performance (<strong>Major de promotion<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have sufficient proficiency in <strong>English<\/strong> to follow courses at the host university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Required Application Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application file must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proof of academic excellence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcripts of Records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Curriculum Vitae in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation Letter in English ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.univ-chlef.dz\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Motivation-Letter-Student.docx\">https:\/\/www.univ-chlef.dz\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Motivation-Letter-Student.docx<\/a> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of a valid passport.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of English proficiency (if available)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate for Five-Star Students (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1275 Registration Certificate (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For students with certified disabilities, medical proof is required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Application and Selection Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students must submit their complete application file via the following link:<br>? <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/WsKH3cdweAAohsho8\"><strong>https:\/\/forms.gle\/WsKH3cdweAAohsho8<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the preliminary selection at UHBC, shortlisted candidates will be <em>officially nominated<\/em> to IBS \u2013 Sofia using the dedicated nomination form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The host institution will review the nominations and approve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once accepted, students will proceed with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completing the application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecting appropriate courses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing the <strong>Learning Agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The mobility grant will be transferred directly to the bank account of each selected student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funding covers:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accommodation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Living expenses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Part of the travel costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
