This mobility opportunity supports the professional development of teaching staff through delivering lectures, conducting seminars, and engaging in academic collaboration at the host mobility aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthen participants&#8217; pedagogical, academic, and intercultural competences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote the exchange of best practices in teaching and curriculum development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhance academic cooperation between UHBC and Ankara University;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide opportunities for collaborative teaching and research activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities may include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivering lectures and seminars to students at Ankara University;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in academic discussions and teaching methodology workshops;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observing teaching practices and engaging with faculty members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exploring potential collaborative projects and joint research
