Call for Applications \u2013 Student Mobility<\/strong> Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility to International Business School (IBS) \u2013 Sofia, Bulgaria<\/strong>
Winter Semester 2026\u20132027<\/strong>
For Licence 3 (Bachelor) Students \u2013 Economic and Management Fields<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 Programme and based on the official invitation from our European partner International Business School (IBS) \u2013 Sofia (Bulgaria)<\/strong>, Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef (UHBC) is pleased to announce a call for applications for students wishing to benefit from a Student Mobility for Studies (SMS)<\/strong> during the Winter Semester of the academic year 2026\u20132027<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Objectives of the Mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mobility aims to:
\u2022 Strengthen international academic exchange.
\u2022 Enable students to complete part of their studies at a European university.
\u2022 Enhance students\u2019 scientific, linguistic, and cultural competences.
\u2022 Encourage exposure to diverse international learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligible Faculties and Fields of Study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call is exclusively open to Licence 3 (Bachelor) students<\/strong> from the following study fields recognized by IBS \u2013 Sofia according to the ISCED 2013 classification:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 0311 Economics
\u2022 0411 Accounting and Taxation
\u2022 0412 Finance, Banking and Insurance
\u2022 0413 Management and Administration
\u2022 0414 Marketing and Advertising
\u2022 1015 Travel, Tourism and Leisure<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Applicants must:
\u2022 Be officially enrolled in 3rd year Bachelor\u2019s (L3)<\/strong>.
\u2022 Be studying in one of the eligible ISCED fields listed above.
\u2022 Demonstrate strong academic performance (Major de promotion).
\u2022 Have sufficient proficiency in English to follow courses at the host university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Required Application Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The application file must include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Proof of academic excellence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Transcripts of Records<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Curriculum Vitae in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Motivation Letter in English

  8. 1275 Registration Certificate (if applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. For students with certified disabilities, medical proof is required<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    5. Application and Selection Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2022 Students must submit their complete application file via the following link:

    \u2022 After the preliminary selection at UHBC, shortlisted candidates will be officially nominated to IBS \u2013 Sofia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u2022 The host institution will review the nominations and approve selected candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
