Prof. Yahiaoui Mohamed, Director of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports, representing the Rector of Hassiba Ben Bouali University in Chlef, Prof. Grine Lakhdar.
Mr. Touahrieh Elarabi, director of youth and sports for the wilaya of Chlef.
Deputy Director of the National Institute for Training in Science and Technology of Sport in Ain El-Benian.
Head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports at the Directorate of Youth and Sports.
Professors and heads of departments at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports.
Head of the Training and Media Management Department.
Responsible for training at management level.
Professors and executives of the Institute of Physical and Sports Education of the University of Chlef, of the Ain El-Benian Institute and of the Department of Youth and Sports

545 male and female athletes, candidates in 19 sports specialties, took part in the entrance examination which took place in two stages:
Written examination of the morning period.
Practical and technical oral exams in the afternoon.
