دراسة تقييميه لاتفاقيات التأمين على هياكل الخدمات الجامعية – دراسة حالة بالإقامات الجامعية لولاية سطيف-

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم اتفاقيات التأمين التي تبرمها الإقامات الجامعية طبقا لأحكام المرسوم الرئاسي15-247  المتعلق بتنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام مع شركات التأمين على الأضرار.

وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة  إلى أن تطبيق قانون الصفقات العمومية من حيث تنفيذ وتسديد اتفاقية التأمين في هياكل الخدمات الجامعية المبحوثة له تأثير كبير، كما أن تعويض الأضرار كان بحجم تغطية مناسب وشامل، والمنتجات (الضمانات) التأمينية تشمل تغطية كل الأخطار، الأمر الذي أكدته إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة.

Abstract:

      This study aims to evaluate insurance agreements concluded by university residencies in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree N. 247-15 relating to the organization of public deals and public utility mandates with damages insurance companies.

     Through this study, we concluded that the application of the public procurement law in terms of implementation and payment of the insurance agreement in the structures of the researched university services has a great impact, and that compensation for damages was of an adequate and comprehensive coverage size, and the insurance products (guarantees) include coverage of all risks, which was confirmed by answers Study sample individuals.
