واقع تطبيق الموازنات التقديرية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة على إحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية –

تبرز الإدارة الجيدة للمؤسسة من خلال نجاحها في تحقيق أفضل أداء يمكنها الوصول إليه، حيث يعد نظام الموازنات التقديرية الوسيلة المميزة لذلك، لذا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى مساهمة هذا النظام في التقييم الجيد للأداء.

بالإضافة إلى ما سبق فإن لنظام الموازنات التقديرية أهمية كبرى فهو من بين الأدوات الداعمة للمؤسسة من خلال المعلومات التي يوفرها من أجل إيصالها إلى الأداء المستهدف وتقييمه في النهاية، عن طريق تقييم نتائجها وتبيان مدى فعاليتها.

Abstract

Stresses the good management of the institution through its success in achieving better performance can achieve, where the system of budgets is the means so particular, this study aims to demonstrate the importance of the contribution of this system in a good evaluation of performance.

  In addition to the above, the system budgets of great importance, it is among the tools to support the business by the information provided in order to deliver it to the target and evaluate performance at the end, in evaluating their results and demonstrating their effectiveness.
