Announces Internal Call For Applications In The Framework Of Erasmus+ Program Action Ka107: Student Mobility For studies/Training For The Academic Year 2021/2022 Spring Semester
In the framework of the program ERASMUS+ of the European Commission, Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef announces a call for allocation of grants for Erasmus+ Students Mobility for Teaching/Training.

Number and duration of mobility:

• 01 Mobility for studies (04 months) for physics department (bachelor students)
• 01 Mobility for training (2 months) for Phd students from flowing departments:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Chemical Engineering

Receiving university: AfyonKocatepe University, Turkey

The application will be between 14th December and 28th December 2022 (15 days).

The result will be published online on 7th January 2021.

Chosen students for studies mobility can only fulfill his/her mobility on 2021-2022 Spring Term.

Chosen students for internship mobility must complete his/her mobility by 1 September at the latest.

This procedure will be accomplished by internal Commission that will conduct an evaluation of interested candidates through certain criteria. Candidates will be ranked and selected according to the available quota for mobility approved by Erasmus+ agreement and the following criteria:

Grade Point Average
Level of English
Reasons for studying abroad
Compatibility of the study program with the host institution

3. Copy of certificate of registration
4. Transcripts of records (Master/Magister)
5. Motivation letter in English
6. CV in English
7. Work plan at the receiving university (Approved by the supervisor)
8. Letter of pre-acceptance issued by a professor from AfyonKocatepe University (https://aku.edu.tr/anasayfa/eng/index.htm) (for PhD students)
