The Vice-Rectorate of External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication and Scientific Events at the University of Hassiba Benbouali of Chlef (UHBC) serves as the primary strategic window connecting our academic community with global research networks, international higher education institutions, and the socioeconomic environment. UHBC consistently strengthens its global footprint by establishing active bilateral agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with top-tier foreign universities.   • National “Study in Algeria” Platform: A dedicated national gateway providing streamlined international admissions, support tracking, and orientation frameworks for incoming international students across Undergraduate (Licence), Postgraduate (Master), and Doctoral programs.
  • Global Alumni Network: A specialized institutional tracking network and registry designed to connect, support, and track UHBC graduates pursuing successful international careers and research portfolios worldwide.
