Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef is pleased to announce a call for applications for staff training mobility (2 staff) under the 2022 Erasmus+ ICM Project, hosted by Kutahya Dumlupinar University (DPU) in May 2025.
This opportunity is open to Rectorate administrative staff to participate in a week-long training program to enhance their professional skills and foster international cooperation.
Eligibility and Criteria
- Eligibility:
- Open to administrative from the Staff of the Rectorate
- Selection Criteria:
- Criteria are established and approved by the University Committee.
- Criteria :
- Timely Submission: The staff submitted all required documents to the International Relations Office within the specified deadline: +50 Points.
- First-Time Participant: The staff has never participated in Erasmus+ Mobilities: +10 Points.
- Previous Participation: The staff has participated in Erasmus+ Mobilities or short-term internships in 2019, 2020, or 2021: -10 Points.
- Disability Support: The staff is registered as disabled (official documentation required): +10 Points.
- Language Proficiency: The staff holds a B1-level English certificate (valid proof required): +5 Points.

Applications must be submitted to the General Secretary’s office between 30 December 2024 and 13 January 2025 by 12:00 PM.
