Eligibility & Requirements:
– English Proficiency at B2 Level: The student must be able to follow courses in English.
– The English oral proficiency test for candidates will be held at the Faculty of Foreign Languages on April 22, 2025, at 09.00 am.
– Candidates must be officially enrolled at Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef ( Licence 2/Licence 01)
Required Documents:
· Study program/course structure from your home university.
· Transcript of records in English (including completed courses and grades).
· Curriculum Vitae (CV).
· Copy of passport.
· A CD containing all the above documents in digital format i.e. scanned, consolidated into a SINGLE file and organized according to the announcement.
Application Deadline:
· April 8–15, 2025: Students must submit their application files to the Vice Dean for External Relations in their respective faculties.
· April 16–20, 2025: Initial selection of eligible students will be conducted at the faculty level.
· April 20, 2025: Faculties must submit a single CD containing all candidates’ files along with the selection committee meeting report to the University Vice-Rector for International Relations.
· April 22, 2025 – 09:00 AM: The English oral test for candidates will take place at the Faculty of Foreign Languages for the final selection.

*Double Degree Program: Students enroll in different study programs at IPB University and a partner university abroad at the same academic level. Upon completion, students receive two separate degrees—one from IPB University and one from the partner institution.
