Scholarship Program at the African School of Governance in Rwanda

Available Programs:

• Master of Public Administration (2 years): Intended for students enrolled in the 2024-2025 academic year (final year) in the Public Administration specialization.
• Executive Master of Public Administration (2 years): Designed for administrative and technical staff in the Public Administration field. This is an alternating program (in-person + online) to allow them to continue working.

Required Digital Application File:
Each program’s file must include:

• Academic transcripts.
• Enrollment certificates for students.
• English language proficiency certificate.

Submission Method:

Each institution must send:

• One file for the student program.
• One file for the program for administrative and technical staff.
