Within the framework of the scholarship program for training abroad for the “Students” category, please find attached correspondence No. 2676 from the DCEU dated November 5, 2025, regarding the Hungarian government’s scholarship offer for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This program is intended for top-ranking students (maximum 3 students per specialty) enrolled during the 2025-2026 academic year in the third year of a Bachelor’s degree (L3) preparing for a Master’s, or in the second year of a Master’s (M2) / fifth year of Engineering (5A Ingénieur) preparing for a PhD.
You will also find attached the necessary documents for applications.
As a reminder, the deadline for online registration on the Stipendium platform is set for January 15, 2026. Scanned application files containing the documents listed below from candidates who have completed their online registration (a copy of the Stipendium Hungaricum registration certificate is mandatory), as well as the attached template to be completed by the institution, must be submitted.
Files must be submitted exclusively via the collaboration platform: cruest2.univ-setif.dz before February 1, 2026.
The application file includes:
- The application form (attached template)
- Certificate of online registration on the Stipendium application platform (mandatory)
- A copy of the selection meeting minutes
- A handwritten letter from the candidate expressing their motivation regarding this targeted training, endorsed by the hierarchical supervisor
- A copy of the baccalaureate transcript
- For PhD applications: Registration/re-registration certificates for all 5 years of university studies
- For Master’s applications: Registration/re-registration certificates for all 3 years of university studies
- For PhD applications: Transcripts of the first 4 years of study (L1/A1, L2/A2, L3/A3, M1/A4 for Universities and University Centers or CP1, CP2, 1ASC, 2ASC for Higher Schools)
- For Master’s applications: Transcripts of the first 2 years of study (L1, L2)
- Certificate of being top of the class (attached template)
- Certificate of the number of stars of the student (attached template)
- Copy of the first page of the passport
- A recent ID photo
