Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef UHBC
The Center of intensive language teaching is a public institution of the ministry of higher education and scientific research .it’s one of the common services of the university as the same way as the central university library or audio –visual distance learning center. The main mission of the center is to support the teaching of foreign languages that students and the administrative staff of the UHBC need. In addition, it allows the public out of University to take courses in other language according to their needs.
