Call for Applications – Student Mobility
Erasmus+ KA171 Mobility to International Business School (IBS) – Sofia, Bulgaria
Second Semester 2025–2026
For the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA171 Programme and based on the official invitation from our European partner International Business School (IBS) – Sofia (Bulgaria), Hassiba Benbouali University of Chlef (UHBC) is pleased to announce a call for applications for students wishing to benefit from a Student Mobility for Studies (SMS) during the second semester of the academic year 2025–2026.
1. Objectives of the Mobility
This mobility aims to:
- Strengthen international academic exchange.
- Enable students to complete part of their studies at a European university.
- Enhance students’ scientific, linguistic, and cultural competences.
- Encourage exposure to diverse international learning environments.
2. Eligible Faculties and Fields of Study
The call is exclusively open to students from the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences, enrolled in one of the study fields recognized by IBS – Sofia according to the ISCED 2013 classification:
041 – Business, Administration and Law
- 0311 Economics
- 041 Business and Administration
- 0411 Accounting and Taxation
- 0412 Finance, Banking and Insurance
- 0413 Management and Administration
- 0414 Marketing and Advertising
3. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be officially enrolled in:
- 3rd year Bachelor’s (L3), or
- 1st year Master’s (M1).
- Be studying in one of the eligible ISCED fields listed above.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance (Major de promotion).
- Have sufficient proficiency in English to follow courses at the host university.
4. Required Application Documents
The application file must include:
- Proof of academic excellence
- Transcripts of Records
- Curriculum Vitae in English
- Motivation Letter in English ( https://www.univ-chlef.dz/en/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Motivation-Letter-Student.docx )
- Copy of a valid passport.
- Proof of English proficiency (if available)
- Certificate for Five-Star Students (if applicable)
- 1275 Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- For students with certified disabilities, medical proof is required.
5. Application and Selection Procedures
- Students must submit their complete application file via the following link:
? https://forms.gle/WsKH3cdweAAohsho8 - After the preliminary selection at UHBC, shortlisted candidates will be officially nominated to IBS – Sofia using the dedicated nomination form.
- The host institution will review the nominations and approve.
- Once accepted, students will proceed with:
- Completing the application form.
- Selecting appropriate courses.
- Preparing the Learning Agreement.
6. Funding
- The mobility grant will be transferred directly to the bank account of each selected student.
- Funding covers:
- Accommodation.
- Living expenses.
- Part of the travel costs.
