The University of Hassiba Benbouali of Chlef (UHBC) is pleased to launch a call for applications for staff mobility for training at the University of Granada (UGR), Spain, within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Programme (2024–2027). This call is exclusively open to permanent administrative staff working in UHBC faculties and institutes. This mobility opportunity supports the professional development of administrative staff through participation in structured training activities abroad (excluding conferences) as well as job shadowing, observation, and hands-on training at partner institutions.

Purpose of the Mobility
The training mobility aims to:
- Strengthen participants’ professional, administrative, and intercultural competences;
- Promote the exchange of best practices in internationalization and university management;
- Enhance cooperation between UHBC and UGR;
- Provide exposure to international project management and mobility procedures.
Activities may include:
- Participation in training sessions offered by UGR (excluding conferences);
- Job shadowing and observation in relevant administrative units;
- Practical engagement with international relations workflows at UGR.
